Cassandra Milone
Doula Guild South Pod Lead
Licensed Massage Therapist, EoL Doula (INELDA, 2024), certified Jikiden Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner
I'm the founder of Still Within Collaborative Wellness Center in Norwell, MA, a space for heart-centered, integrative care. After a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis in 2019, I took time to heal and train in Jikiden Reiki and sound healing, discovering their power in navigating illness and emotional recovery. In 2024, I completed INELDA’s End-of-Life Doula program. Now, I support others through cancer, healing, or end-of-life transitions, offering presence, empathy, and therapeutic care grounded in my own lived experience.

Shirley Riga
My life path has been shaped by profound personal loss. I bring deep insight and compassion to my work as a Death Doula, Spiritual Director, Trance Healing Medium, and Usui Reiki Master. I have cultivated a diverse skill set in the healing arts. I hold a strong belief in the World of the Unseen, with over four decades of experience and communication connecting to the other side.
My work involves creating a peaceful environment, assisting with legacy projects, officiating at memorial services, and offering guidance to both the dying and their families. This holistic approach ensures that the transition is handled with dignity and mindfulness.
