The Doula Guild was borne from the belief that the work of an EOL Doula thrives when supported by a strong network, addressing the sense of isolation many experience after training and beyond.

In 2023, we created the Doula Guild, recognizing that our own journey in the field was elevated and more meaningful as our connection to one another deepened.

As our circle expanded, we established monthly in-person meetings to foster conversation and collaboration, creating our first Boston Pod.

In early 2025, we created three more Pods to accommodate folks from across the greater Boston area. We then created the Compass Pod for those located further away, to connect online.

Today, the Doula Guild is home to over 100 EOL Doulas, meeting with a regular cadence of in-person and online opportunities designed to connect and promote growth.
