End-of-Life Doulas
Welcome to Your Community
A place to connect, learn and empower Doulas
In-Person
Our Pods are currently Massachusetts regional groups of Doulas. We gather face-to-face each month to check-in, offer encouragement, and learn from each other’s experiences.
Guild-wide in-person gatherings occur throughout the year for various events.
To participate in events and a Pod near you, join the Doula Guild!
To create a Pod in your area, reach out to us at doulaguild@gmail.com.
Online
When you join the Doula Guild, you will be invited to engage with our private communication platform where we connect online to post opportunities, announce our own events, and share resources that support our heart-centered community.
Our Doula Dialogues are monthly online meetups that feature a Doula who speaks on a specific topic, aimed to engage the Doula Guild community in conversation and knowledge-sharing.
“If we can shine positive attention on others, we can help them blossom.” David Brooks
The Doula Guild’s purpose is to make space for Doulas to get to know one-another, network, and empower us to meet our clients’ EOL needs. None of us can do this alone! We gain confidence from one another, from our clients, and from a deeper understanding of the cultural shifts currently in motion around our quest to help our fellow humans die better. By joining the Guild, you may be invited to post a profile and highlight your unique skills.

The Doula Guild Doulas range from those who are just exploring or starting out to those who have been providing end-of-life care through various professions and life-experiences for decades. While there are currently no universal certification standards in place, most of us have received certification and training through one program or another. Our position is that you are a Doula if you share a passion for this growing field of service and want to act on this passion by learning and practicing how to best meet the needs of those who are at the end of life.
We’d love to meet you!
